Its off a pressure pot type paint sprayer. The nipple threads into the regulator. The flare side is held to the pot with a nut.
Are you looking for a replacement for the nipple in your picture, with the nut for it? The pot end should have male threads the nut, that belongs on this nipple, screws onto. Post a picture of the fitting you are attempting to hook this to. Do you have the brand and model of the pot? what you need might be available as spare parts.
