Looking at the pictures I don't see the tire issue they are not flat and have tread on them. The one my brother owns had round and black for rear tires. IF it is muddy you use the hoe to push or pull it into position to dig and push from there till you get to good going. The fuel filters leak at either a fitting or the base. Not sure which I changed them and they still leaked have not been around it much to look into lately. Throttle shaft has a bad leak on the pump, no brakes and right now the shuttle will only go backwards. Was owned by an excavation company in the past according to the stickers on it. I've seen 3 Case hoes sell for over 3,000 nonrunning as advertised one had the engine seized, flat tire, and looked really rough next had no shuttle engine runs according to the sale bill. Glass in cabs was either missing or not visible from the picture angle. The 3 was on another auction. Not to sure of the condition looked rough it had 2x4's or 4x4's in the cab running from the top of the dash or so up[ to the roof inside the cab. Son told me the final drives needed attention and the hydraulics were plugged up. Another relative told my wife the party that bought it started it up and drove it on a trailer or away not sure which on that part. I've known the party having the sale for all my life so far and dad stood up for them when they got married 60 years ago now. Not the best on maintenance in the past with a grandson that was good at tearing things apart and not so good at putting them together again. I walked on it also. Running hoes seem to be going for the 10,000 and up price right now. Nice hoes even more by thousands.
