Tires dont burry well, that is why they dont allow it most anywhere. They tend to come back up to haunt you.
A backhoe wears out the hydraulics, wears out the pivot points, and the controls get sloppy. All 3 of those are kind of a pain to fix on a budget. It gets tedious to try to run a machine with any of those problems to excess.
Id sure want to see it operate and feel how wore out it is before plunking money down on it. Its traded in to a dealer for a reason, and there is a reason the dealer doesnt know anything about what shape it is in......
