My 1963 Land Rover is now worth $70,000 by their calculation, but it is actually only worth about 20K in the real world. I went and looked at a $12,000-15,000 1929 Model ''A'' a few days ago that the guy wants $27,000 (''OBO'') for. Now I know where he probably got that crazy price from.
Of course, if somebody wants to give me 70K for my rover...
