My dad's first diesel was a new 444 row-crop wide front. I did some farm work with it until I left the farm in 1964. Dad kept it into the 70's. He usually traded more often. Went over to 4020 JD in 1967, and traded JDs until the auction. I've got a restored 1949 44 narrow front, in honor of the 3 Masseys we had from 1947 until 1970's.
