The only thing I can add is take lots of pictures. Lots and lots of pictures! Especially considering this is mostly all new to you. If I was doing it, I'd buy myself an inexpensive digital camera just for this. Much lower possibility of losing the photos with a camera than if they are on your phone. You can get prints made at Wally world so you have a photo reference that doesn't matter if you get greasy finger prints on unlike an electronic device. Much easier to know how things go back together if you have photos.
Upload one or more videos to your post. Photo and video filesizes should be less than 5MB. Formats allowed are gif, jpg, png, ogg, mp4, mov, and avi. Be sure to use filenames without spaces or special characters, and filetypes of 3 digits lower case.

Today's Featured Article - Oil Bath Air Filters - by Chris Pratt. Some of us grew up thinking that an air filter was a paper thing that allowed air to pass while trapping dirt particles of a particles of a certain size. What a surprise to open up your first old tractor's air filter case and find a can that appears to be filled with the scrap metal swept from around a machine shop metal lathe. To top that off, you have a cup with oil in it ("why would you want to lubricate your carburetor?"). On closer examination (and some reading in a AC D-14 service manual), I found out that this is a pretty ingenious method of cleaning the air in the tractor's intake tract.
