Rock Auto has a Carter, that's a good brand, or used to be. That would be my choice of all the options offered.
There are a lot of knock off brands out there that are poor quality, Airtex being one of the worst.
Did you check the fuel lines between the tank and pump? Could be a rust hole, or a rotten, collapsed rubber line. There is another rubber line at the tank. There may also be a sock filter in the tank, and a filter screwed into the carb.
