Hello Ty welcome to YT! Sorry this is not any kind of personal attack on you but we get some people that come on here that use some pretty strange terminology. To clarify so we all are on the same page let me put these definitions out. Toes are on the front of the foot, so toe-out would be front of the tires spread wider like the top arms of a ..Y.. Then toe-in would be front of the tires closer together like the bottom of an ..A.. Letter examples are front of machine is going up the page or top of the letters.
With those definitions is your description of symptoms the same?
I am not a Ford guy but I will say the engineer who designed that front end does get the most complex award. I would check to see if there is more play in one of the shafts coming out of the steering box compared to the other. In other words if you move the outer rim of the steering wheel 1 inch does that give the same amount of movement out of the left and right arms coming out of the box. Just for the heck of it I will attach the CNHI online parts catalog and diagrams for your tractor.

After numerous dead ends for a replacement carb, I went to work fixing mine.I soldered new floats on the float arm, they came from an old motorcycle carb, replaced the packing on the throttle shaft with o-rings, cut new ga
