I am not saying more government control is better, but on some matter like this one it is the only force against greed.
In usa, you gave no more freedoms as a farmer, very large companies are controlling the markets, not enough competition. Your big brothers are monsanto, john deere, pionneer, google, etc... more powerful than them goverments.
Nicest thing in usa agriculture is the soil conservation agency, founded by mr Hamond Bennet. He was a man.going against the times. Now we need someone like him to go against blindness imposed by the big companies.
I am absolutely certain that we can greatly reduce chemical use in agriculture same as dirt working was reduced trough the Mr Bennet work, all while preserving the world for future generations.
