My mother-in-law's house estate sale starts this morning, weather is cool (52 at 10:00 A.M.) and damp. Went by yesterday and was impressed with the way things are set up. House has had a firm offer made, to be closed on in the next couple of weeks. I'll miss going over there, been a big part of my life for almost 43 years.
