Rent a skid steer with one of those mulch type mowers on it. they will grind the brush/bush right down to shavings and do it pretty fast with no problems then you can buy a tractor with a mower of choice to use for maintaining it afterwards. Would give you more time to look also. Or just let the livestock chew it down over a year or so. The fencing will not be as cheap as some may think either though. Skip the N series fords and move up several models to live PTO ,hydraulics and power steering you will not be sorry. Also never had a tractor to big so don't limit yourself to 30HP if 50or so came along for the same money. Any of the 47,84,85 series IH would work well for you. The loader will be a want and I would have it on a separate tractor. You don't want to be going through the trouble of putting on and taking off with an older tractor that has a loader on it.
