Most four legged livestock can kill off small bush like that. Keep them fenced away from the house as they can wreck landscaping too. Cattle are the easiest to keep fenced in. Sheep are not too bad either. Hogs and goats are escape artists, but will kill small brush the fastest. Hogs require woven wire fence with a strand of barbed wire top and bottom.
Fence building and repair is easier with a front end loader. A quick attach loader that whole boom can be mounted or removed in under ten minutes doubles the usefulness of a tractor.
