The same way they explain oil and uranium. Both oil and uranium can be found in nature and are refined to be used as energy. For most it conjures up images of major inconvenience and hardship if oil and uranium are taken out of the equation. Taking cow's milk out of the food supply creates no hardship so no problem for them. Further, they always enjoy picking on people who can'f fight back. The dairy farmers being a tiny majority of the population will not be able to fight this. Further, these same farmers will be portrayed as great harmers of nature. The advertising industry put to use for nefarious purposes means there will be barely a peep heard on behalf of farmers. Sad but the way I see it.
