First let me add your wording here that you put in your post on your first attempt to post a picture. You said ..Good afternoon all, I'm trying to figure out if my Massey 50E has a CCV brake system or non-compensating brakes. I've included some pics if that helps. Thanks for any help! I need to bleed!.. Okay, I am not a 100 percent MF guy but my question is where did you find the different designations of the brake systems as in ..CCV brake system or non-compensating brakes..? The AGCO online parts books for your machine has no such designations for different parts or brake system designs. In the link you may be required to sign in as a guest. Type in 50E as the model, 9 results will show. Yours will be the 4th or 5th depending if you have a power shuttle or not. The main brake actuator shown for either model only varies by one number at the end following the letter M. If it is like IH part numbers this signifies a revision or update to the part and usually they interchange. They are 1860963M91 and 1860963M92 only using as an example to show there is no huge difference between the parts for the shuttle and non shuttle tractors. Keep in mind that in the parts book ..Table of Contents.. at the upper left will take you out of a section and back to the main list of sections. You do not necessarily need to buy AGCO parts rather use the part numbers to search for aftermarket parts or verify they list the MF number in their replacement listing. Hopefully, you know you can use the reply buttons in these reply posts to reply or add comments to your thread same would have been true for the second try on the picture post.

My dad dreamed that some day he would have his own tractor with every implement he could get. When he rea
