I just gave my 1948 Farmall Cub to my Grandson and we are trying to solve a throttle problem. Last year when I last used it something happened in that the throttle only produces one speed. I assume we have a governor problem and am looking for suggestions of how to proceed and whether there are things to be checked before removing the governor.
