Keep me in mind. I'm on the forums here if you want to reach me. If it's 176 miles for Jack, it's about that for me. If nobody has tried to turn it over, DON'T. Advertise it for $2500, stress that it hasn't been turned over so the buyer will know the injector pump hasn't been ruined. Or, take it off yourself and take it to a diesel shop to make sure the plunger isn't stuck.
I'd rather buy one with a stuck engine than one that the pump is possibly ruined. I'd have to get a neighbor to go get it. That's further than I want to haul it myself. I hauled one to a show in LaGrange two years ago. That was enough for me. At $1500 I think I could send him and still come out OK. He hauled a combine for me a few years ago, and an Oliver 600 last fall. He didn't charge me enough to break me.
I linked my email in Classic View. Send me an email and we can keep in touch.
