I seen an unstyled B on steel front and back, engine free, that looked complete, didn't run, sold as is at auction for $1,000 or $1,100. Can't remember which. That was about a year and a half ago. I thought that was a little cheap. But a good crowd was in attendance that day, so must of been the market for it at the time. I doubt the market has changed much from then till now.
If no petcocks was some sort of an early production thing John Deere did on the B's, you might think twice about what your wanting to do. Especially if that is considered rare. Adding petcocks would actually be de-valueing the tractor then, if that is the case.
