Does it leak when you DONT use the hydraulic levers... or Does it leak ONLY when you have one of the levers engaged??
Suspect your hydraulic pump pressure relief valve is stuck or set too high. This valve is on the BOTTOM of the hyd section, very near where the pressure line (the smaller line) from the pump goes into the housing. You must drain all the fluid in this section to remove the pressure relief valve IIRC. This valve should start to open around 2100 lbs if you have a gauge on one of the hydraulic fittings and the engine is reved up to 1900 rpms.. and the correct lever is operated.
