NOt hard.. Park the front end where its 4 inches lower than the rear so you dont lose fluid. There are two seals... one is a regular seal...d9nn710bc $32.74.. the other is an oring that goes between the dual speed removable pto shaft and the housing, 9823571 $3.40. On the dual speed ptos there are some thrust washers that can fall down, so you need to keep a false shaft in the pto hole to hold those in place while your changing the seal. Just an overview from my travels.
