It was made by Magnum, now part of the beloved (not) Generac. No support to be found from them...
On the support front, Marathon Electric who makes the MagnaPlus generator head has great support. I emailed them about the missing data plate, providing the stamped SN and I got an email back with the full data in literally 15 minutes.
