I bought my first Milwaukee battery about a year ago, had needed a pole saw several times, rented a Stihl gas powered pole saw but it was way too heavy, then Milwaukee released their battery pole saw. I still haven't used it but will soon. I have a few battery tools, mostly Craftsman 19.2V stuff, 3 or 4 drills, an impact, string trimmers, 5 inch circular saw, florescent light, sawz-all, and a right angle drill. Have a Black & Decker Saber saw. It's nice not being tied to an extension cord on projects but I have plenty of long heavy ext. Cords. But I doubt I EVER surrender my gasoline pickup, wife's SUV, or my 2 FARMALL tractors and 4 Cub Cadets, 3 garden tractors and a zero turn. I have 2-3/10ths acres to mow and about 40 trees to maintain. My gas chain saw, weed-eater, and leaf blower are going to be around for a lot more years.
