I don't know that there are any switches, just sensors. I had to change mine to twine wheels with two magnets instead of one so it would trick the computer in to thinking it was putting on twice as much twine as it was, but it still shouldn't pause that long after the twine starts feeding on the bale. There is a twine arm position sensor. I suppose that could be a problem. Check your manual to see where it is. If that's not communication with the twine travel sensors, that might be holding it up too long.
