Sticking valves is not likely your problem. More likely ones are poor injection due to wear of the injection pump or low cylinder compression. many people like to start their trouble shooting by eliminating those possibilities that are quickly and easily done such as replacing the fuel filters. If you have already tried this you might consider telling what you have already tried and what you know about the history and other information about how it is running.
