As far as I know none of the major manufacturers make what you're looking for as there would be little financial incentive to do so. Majors just don't tend to play in the super-low volume, specialty niche markets like they once did. The most modern major-brand tractor that I can think of that fits your description would be the Deere 900HC from the late 1980s. It was about the size of the Farmall 140 with a similar offset configuration.
