It's hard for me to determine what part number is what in your picture but, these are from my SA and 140 books. On the end of the axle there is a retaining bolt to hold it all together. Next is a thick dome shaped washer, part #43240 D, then there is either a spacer, part # 47905 D which is used in the instances where there is NOT a sprocket hub installed on that wheel. When a sprocket hub is installed on that wheel, part number 47906 DX, is used as the spacer to gap out the remaining space to install the sprocket hub. It'll have the double d shaped pattern internally to fit tight onto the axle. Are either one of these in place to fit your needs according to if you need the sprocket hub installed or not ? Both are a good quarter inch thick. There is also a large machine washer that fits in behind this. A very small amount of play in an out is ok, but not a quarter inch plus. Hope this helps.
