Simple test: Remove FEL control valve return hose from from tractor ported filter cover. With clean container under open hyd ported filter orifice engage starter for 15 seconds. Measure oil in container which should be a little over a gallon. Next plug orifice on ported filter cover. Aim open FEL valve return hose into open hyd filler hole behind seat. With loader control valve levers in neutral start engine & no oil should exit open return hose. If no oil exits open hose then loader valve isn't causing tractor hyd or loader to get weak. If oil exits open return hose then we need to know if loader valve has a built in relief valve or a closed-center conversion plug.
With hyd oil at operating temp, 3pt raised, engine operating, look in open hyd filler hole behind seat for moving/spraying oil. Moving/spraying oil indicates faulty rockshaft control valve seals.
