That is an IH Bradford, UK built 444 or 354 depending if it has a BD-154 or BD-144 engine. The engine number should be stamped on the right side of the block on a raised machined surface just up to right of top of oil filter holder and by hydraulic pumps. You either live in Canada or that tractor was imported into the USA from Canada as it was not a crate unit assembled in Louisville, KY,USA as it has the UK/Canadian dual hydraulic pumps and the PS steering cylinder on the left side. It will also have the dreaded Lucas electric system but by now the Lucas parts have probably been replaced by Delco. Report back with the engine number BD-154 or BD-144. The other difference the 444 usually had 14.9x28 rear tires and the 354 had 13.6x28 tires.
