I have a jubilee too. I think the 3 pt cylinder is part of the lift cover and they only used that lift on 1953 and 1954 models. My concern is can you get parts and what do you do if the cylinder and piston had deep groves?
I used an electric winch to lift my cover. I pushed the tractor forward and set the over on a portable workbench.
