Attend a local hay auction to see what hay like yours sells for in your area. A phone call or website check will get a range of prices, but being in-person at the auction gives you an idea of the quality of the hay sold.
If you can store the hay, prices often peak in late winter.
One hundred acres of hay is a lot to put up in small square bales, you must have a good supply of labor, LOL.
