we had something like that called a Kincaid. The crank to start it went through the wheel spoke and the you cranked it like a tractor. Heavy and cumbersome, pretty slow moving but it was a neat piece. I think 800 is quite a bit for it, i would be more in the 2 or 3 hundred range if i would even buy it. as i age i find the electric start and not having to wrestle things around suit me better.
