Infrared bulbs are usually 250W reflector types. They come in either red or white.
You can also search 'infrared reptile heater' on Amazon or in a pet store. They tend to be ceramic and don't put out any visible light. You will also get some 250W infrared bulbs with the same search.
If you wire two incandescent bulbs in series you get half the total wattage by doubling the resistance. Each bulb will be 1/4 of its normal wattage, so they will be dimmed. The advantage is that they will last much longer. It might not work with halogen bulbs because they need to run hot. Since they might be hard to get soon, so you will need either a lot of bulbs or long life. Two 200W bulbs wired in series will put out 50W each, so you get the same heat as a 100W bulb, relatively dim light and much longer bulb life.
