YEa it does . Over here we have HILLS LOTS of hills and the spring loaded deal holds a whole bunch better . Even when the old over center park lock was new and set proper the 806 of my former boss and my uncle 's skipped thru with a heavy load behind it . That is really hard on that gear . Over time and ware things just don't fit right , the adjusting link bends and can buckle allowing them to take off and run away or whip out rev drive gear and that gear is a real pain in the drain to replace and costly . Yea the kit has gotten costly as when i first started installing them it was like 87 bucks , BUT then bad enough when TENNACO got involved the price jumped to 118 bucks and the last one was like 220 and that was before who ever it is now that has there fingers in the pot got involved and really jacked prices. BUT getting run over by your own tractor is worth how much or the grand kids??
