Something I hadn't considered is that you may be looking for a "come to my place and figure it out for me" style of service... You can save yourself a LOT of money if you do a little research on your own and learn the various fittings.
These are the ports on the Summit P40 valve:
A & B Work Ports: #8 SAE O-Ring (3/4"-16) Thread
Inlet Port: #10 SAE O-Ring (7/8"-14) Thread
Outlet Port: #10 SAE O-Ring (7/8"-14) Thread
These are also known as ORB (O-ring boss).
You should be able to buy a few adapters and use existing hoses. I would expect the old Dearborn valve to use 1/2" NPT for the work ports going to the cylinders and 1/2" NPT or 3/4" NPT for the inlet and outlet ports.
