The 1370/2390 were very good reliable tractors and pretty decent on fuel. They may be the most under rated tractors ever built as they were rated at 150 hp or so but most put out closer 200 from the factory. They were a big horse in the day. As long as you don't put cheap oil in the transmission they last a long time too. That 2294 engine is basically the same with just different injectors. It will be even more fuel efficient than the 1370 engine was. They only have 1000 rpm pto tho. If you get it ask again here and I'll pass along a few pointers on running them that will help get you used to it.
They are getting old as said, and the most common engine issue is the o-rings on the sleeves failing so water gets in the pan. So when you go look at it if it hasn't been started Crack the drain plug and check for antifreeze. If it's as low on hours as it says even if it is leaking it's not a bad jo to fix that, just a gasket kit and pull the sleeves and install new o-rings.
