Kwik hitches only fit implements that were made to accept the hitch.A lot of implements are off just enough to not work. So they are not really 'universal'.That's the reason that I dont own a kwik hitch. I dont own two pieces of equipment that are the 'same' And only one that was acctually made to accept a kwik hitch.It is a fairly common problem.So you are not the only guy to have this issue.Your solution is to modify each piece to kwik hitch specs,or suck it up and only use the hitch on equipment that will fit.IMHO,takeing the hitch off to use certain implements,or putting it on to use other implements kind of defeates it porpose. Yes,a KH would be handy-if it it worked for all implements. But for my operation,they would be a waste of money.
