I worked on one of those for the local elevator CO-OP. It was one of their auger tractors. It got pulled to the shop not running because of bad wiring. The first time I started it after rewiring it and converting it to an alternator, I turned it off immediately because I thought there was something wrong with the engine. The way it rattled and clattered, I would have sworn there was no oil in it. But then I learned that's how they sound. Made me like my IH D312 that much more!
