We have four of them partially or wholly on a couple of properties for i would guess the last ten years, I have nothing bad to say about them, a nice check every year, the companies have been good to deal with, the access roads were put where we wanted them within reason and they let us use the roads for field access(really nice), they are not much trouble to farm around really,.any time they had to damage crops to do matinence work they were very fair in compensation. As I remember our contract says the company will be responsible for structure removal at the end of the project, but my memory on this is fuzzy. Our company had group meetings to explain the process and answer questions and really seemed to want to be good neighbors, I would guess it is in their best interest to stay on good terms with the land owners.. That being said do your due diligence and talk to a lawyer familiar with this, don't commit till you are comfortable with it. Mike
