That would be a something new around here a Homer depot employee that had a clue of what ya needed . i gave up asking . I thing i know the inventory of our store better and where to find it . Just don't go looking for 1/8th pipe or 1/4 inch pipe , i was told they don't make that any more . And around here good luck on finding it as the last place that had it on hand closed there doors. Here ya have to run to a half dozen places to find what ya need . Before they opened there doors it was NOT a problem , we had three real live hardware store and if one did not have what ya needed they would CALL the other TWO and find ya what ya needed , we had a lumber company that had PRIME wood and a MILL service that would MAKE YOU what ya needed and had been here since the late 1800's . I needed some siding for THIS OLD HOUSE and due to me taking care of my customers i was a little to slow about getting down there to get some ORG siding made for this old house as they still had the old machine that made the siding and the knifes that made it . Quality you do not get at Homer Depot . During the remodel the org ft door dating back to the late 1800's had out lived it's self and no matter how much i tired to fix it she was done for . SOOO after listening to the War Dept complain about the cost of UP GRADING we picked out a new door . Due to the fact i am no Carpenter i asked for help from two of my customers who were and they came to help with all the proper tools for installing a new door . The new Door from Homer Depot was warped worse then the 120 year old door and the fight was on while the new door leaked more COLD air then the OLD door did . After three times of them getting a new door and before they left the store we checked each and every one for Plumb and all were plum junk . After three MONTH of harsh hostel words spoken they did get me a new ft. door that was not warped and NOT from the same door mfg. . The now down side was i had to stain it as one to match was 1500 more . YEp we have had Issues with Homer Depot , like with there line of Rigid Power tools and there life time warranty . We filled out the Warranty papers , sent them in and when it failed they had NO records of it , while on the other hand we had the recites . I had three pad sanders puke the heads , one hitting me in the place a guy does not like being hit and putting me on the floor , next one got me in the stomach , the next one nailed me in the chest. The one i have NOW will not hold sand paper on . My org 12 volt HD drill needs new batterys and oh wait they don't have them anymore. And the other pet peeve i don't get my Mil discount . My drivers license says i am a Purple heart holder , my license plates state i am a Vet and purple Heart holder BUt they say that is not good enough .to get a lousy 10% .

As a kid he worked part time on a farm in Kansas doing many of the manual chores. Some of the more successful farmers of that day had a new time saving device called a tractor. It increased the farm productivity and, in general, made life easier because more work could be done with this 'mechanical beast'. My dad dreamed that some day he would have his own tractor with every implement he could get. When he rea
