A tractor you should not over look is a Farmall Super A, 100, 130, 140. Physically it will occupy almost the same space as a Cub but is 4x the tractor (I know lots of people love their cubs, I love my Super A) and can usually be had for about the same price. I will say that it is a lot of tractor for mowing 1/2 an acre.
