Having been in the business...I have stopped at various events in the County that interested me, and were going on when I was on duty, some were tractor shows, many weren't. made my day because it menat people were behaving so I had time to take in sights and do some PR. But, many municipalities now have clauses about Security , traffic control, and EMS at approved events.
