The filters do work, the RF/EMI interference comes from the LED driver. A plug n play device would be easiest, or you can shop for ferrite cores. You can find the little clip on ferrite sleeves online, around a dozen or so for less than $20. They simply open up like a clam shell then snap closed over the wire, insulation and everything.
Ferrite cores, are usually on power wires, but you can try one on the antenna coax too. If you buy several, install one near each bulb, and then on the radio wires and another on coax cable.
