Well r.w.b, You best count your lucky stars, and Thank God for His Mercy ,,. Around these parts in southern Ind ,I know a lot of people. . I would not be hard pressed to name you 50 that have died ,6 of them were family related. True, like You , I was thinking it was a hoax and nuthin til that happened , Then I got it in dec. 2021 and for 4 days , I thought i might die, it was serious i was in hospital for nearly 2 weeks, after that i could hardly put a stick of wood into the firebox ,without being winded . , I am puffing on nebuelizer pipe as i write ,,. That is what i do each Day ,sleeping with Oxygen at nite , Salt booths help Me a lot when I find time ,,.. Like You , I still have fences to mend , stock to tend and , tens of equipment to mend , and I ain't quitting , But I will stop for a breather. Now,If I could judge them , there would be special place in Hell for those that created that horrible disease. As far as Young farmers , They are out there , but society , are education systems , and bankers ,have not done all they can to insure America will have FOOD , Freedom , and Security. Some Families are to blame too , failing to nurture properly to guide and grow the next generation to take over the Family Kingdom their grandparents humbly built. The corporate communism greed has perverted Capitalism into something that Our forefathers that wrote the Constitution would not want to ever happen. We did abolish slavery , but , when I see My nephews working 70 hours a week just to give the lions share to TAXES , that is not RIGHT. It is cheaper for a business to runwith a GOOD skeleton crew than to hire :F: UPS that wreck the entire job site system, and get good people hurt! let alone themselves! I do not have the answers, even at 67 ,I am still making mistakes , But, I sure can see what is wrong ,,.. BTW .I don't envy You and I am proud to know You, and am glad You are kikin real good. . Keep on trucking and tooting Your Horn , I know You Thank God each day and know the words to Amazing Grace ,,. But, We would not be true redblooded Americans if we did not give the rest of them a Rooster Crow ... LOL . That Is what makes us strive to do better each day. .
