The industrial version of a 4020 was the 600, but less than 900 were built. The industrial version of a 3020 was the 500. Both the 600 and 500 were available from the factory with a backhoe. Search the YT Deere archives for discussions about the 600 and backhoe.
The parts manual, operators manual and service manual for a 600 or 500 might be still be available from Deere or Ebay. 600s May be scarce, but a salvaged backhoe or a whole 600 with backhoe might be found. The mountings for the industrial version might tie into the rear axle or rear frame rather than the 3 point hitch. A 3 point hitch backhoe could damage a worn 3 point hitch or break the A-frame the 3 point hitch mounts on. For sure it would give the load and depth shaft bushings and seals a real workout.
