Thank you all for the great replies. Ive gotten enough info Im just going to leave well enough alone for awhile. Like I said theyre wonderful land Stewarts and always pay on time. In case anyones wondering land has been fetching 8500/ac and a bit more depending where it is and who wants it. We rent out for 115/ac with a 3yr rotation, potatoes/barley/ hay. From any local guys Ive talked to were in the ballpark. Were very fortunate to have mostly really good ground , not much of it is considered wet or poor. Decent size fields for around here.
