I agree one needs to be sure spool valve is designed to operate on JD 4030 closed center hyd system. Power beyond plate for JD 4030 is shown in photo below & should be mounted between LH scv & 3pt rockshaft housing. PBY plate can be purchased at most hyd supply businesses such as Surplus Center or Bailey Hyd's to name a couple locations.
