That is more than an adjustable pipe, that is an ''Axle Knee'', part number for item key #51 is AR50962.
If you web search using ''John Deere AR50962'' you will get a number of hits, from new at JD for about $1000 to some new and used in the $175 price range. There are some new ones on eBay in the $175 range with free shipping.
The YT store should have them, and All States Ag Parts (YT's parent company) shows as having new and used available.
Make sure any new or used one you get has the bushings for the knuckle (spindle) in it or you will be chasing those. If you post your general location someone close to you might have one or be able to suggest a local, to you, place you could check.
