I never said lab-grown meat is efficient. Maybe some day, but today it's exorbitantly expensive. Read the article I previously linked to see just how expensive.
Having never eaten lab-grown meat, I can't say whether it's 'just like meat'. I defer to folks who've actually examined and eaten it, who say it's surprisingly close to real meat. Again, read the article for more details.
As for whether it's healthy, remember we're comparing lab-grown meat to animal-grown meat. Meat IN GENERAL is unhealthy, particularly when eaten in the quantities we consume in the US. But given that the DNA of lab-grown meat is the same as animal-grown meat, I can't see why it would be more or less good for you. It's the same stuff.
