It is Minneapolis-Moline's 'Uni-matic' hydraulic system.
The leak where the control lever goes on the shaft is an o-ring. But you have to take the lever off, and then take the cover off the opposite side of the tank and pull the lever out that way. Then change the 0-ring and reassemble. The plate where the hoses come out is sealed to the tank cover with o-rings that have a rectangular cross section. I don't have any luck with the replacement o-rings White offers, but a regular round o-ring from NAPA that fits the groove seems to work fine.
You don't say where the leak is at your cylinder. If it is the piston rod, I think a new seal is available. be sure your rod itself has a good finish on it. The best seal in the world won't help if your rod is rusty or pitted. I had to have a new rod made and fitted to my cylinder at a hydraulic shop.
Welters Farm Supply in Verona MO. is a good place for parts. They helped be with hydraulic parts for My BG.

Well, although these tires were in good shape as far as tread was concerned, they looked real sad. All were flat, but new tubes fixed that. In addition to years and years of scuffing and fading, they had paint splattered on
