What to look for in a snowblower?

Can anyone advise on what features and spec. to look for when buying a snowblower?

The driver will be a Massey 1100 (rear PTO) and the unit will be used to clear approx. 1000m of driveways and a 5 car parking area.

Any help will be appreciated.
