the center link looks like a U. There should be holes up and down the side of the frame of the 3 point hitch. The top link (shape of a u) hangs on the frame by putting a pin through the ends into the holes on the frame. There would be a threaded top link that hangs off of this. I have a picture of this from a manual if you forward your fax number
